Postbox works behind the scenes to catalog everything in your email. We mean everything: every bit of text, every contact, address and link. Every picture, document and attachment. It’s all in the catalog and it’s all searchable. Just click the Images tab to see a thumbnail gallery of every picture from every message, or the Attachments tab to browse through documents, files and more. And since Postbox does all of its cataloging on your own computer, the privacy and confidentiality of your email information is preserved.

YPOPs! is a free open source software that provides POP3 and SMTP access to Yahoo! Mail. You can use your favourite email client, be it Outlook, Thunderbird, or whatever else you like and connect to Yahoo! Mail seamlessly.
POP3 Preview – added 12/31/2008
Donâ€™t waste your time and bandwidth by downloading spam and virusen to your inbox! With POP3 Preview you can check your E-Mail on the mail (POP3) server without the need to download the whole message. Based on the information in the header of the message (like Subject or Sender) you can decide if you want to keep the message or delete it from the server. POP3 Preview also includes a SPAM filter, that can filter messages based on the subject or sender. Messages that match the criteria will automatically be selected when you check for new e-mail.

Inbox is a powerful multi function tool for managing your POP3 email before it reaches your email client application. It can fetch your email from multiple email accounts, collate mail from several accounts into a single account, perform point and shoot filtering directly on the mail server as well as on collected mail, filter your various email accounts before your normal email program connects, act as a proxy fetching mail only when your normal email program requires it or act as a filter proxy filtering your email accounts before your email client collects mail. ERC is a FREE email redirecting utility that retrieves mail from one or more Pop3 accounts and redirects the mail to another Pop3 account. The Standard version of ERC currently allows redirection of up to 4 pop3 accounts for free with no limitations!

EFS is a FREE POP3 connector for any SMTP server such as Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes or SLMail. It pulls mail from a Pop3 mailbox at your ISP and distributes the messages to users on a local SMTP mail server. EFS requires you to have a registered Internet domain name (to accept and forward mail for) EFS makes an excellent replacement for the somewhat limited Microsoft SBS Pop3 Connector.
