Fake Webcam – added 9/1/2005

Use fake webcam to play you pre-recorded videos on instant messengers (Yahoo, MSN, Paltalk etc) while chatting. It can even broadcast one single movie to all the messengers at the same time. Play pre-recorded videos without even having a physical webcam, have a virtual personality, keep your privacy by pretending to be some one else and more. (the free version shows nag screen, but program looks useful)

SplitCam – added 9/1/2005

SplitCam virtual video capture driver allows for connecting several applications to a single video capture source. For example, if you have a web-camera connected to your computer you cannot use it in more than one application at the same time – there’s no standard Windows options that would make it possible. SplitCam does just what its name says: it splits the video stream coming from the video source and provides it to other client applications. With SplitCam you can connect up to 64 clients to a single video source.
