## calculators

**Console Calculator** – added 2/27/2009

Console Calculator is a fast and powerful command-line calculator. This calculator performs advanced mathematical functions, remembers recent entries, allows creation of user defined variables and custom functions. This calculator is an especially handy tool for software developers or engineering.

**Calculator** – added 1/22/2009

Calculator Calculator is a simple tiny calculation utility that lets you multiply, divide, add, subtract, calculate powers, find roots, do sine, cosine, tangent operations, and lets both values, A and B, are entered into two separate fields, and the result is displayed in the third one. This means that you will not lose your values after you perform an operation.

**Calculator Pro** – added 2/27/2007

Calculator Pro is a calculator tool for windows like a common pocket calculator. Calculator Pro allows you to calculate substantial mathematical terms in an easy and efficient way, supporting a lot of mathematical functions like trigonometric, hyperbolic functions etc.

**EasySample** – added 11/23/2006

EasySample is a tool for statistical sampling. It supports several types of attribute and variable sampling and includes a random number generator and standard deviation calculator. Attribute sampling is used to estimate how many or what percentage of items have a certain characteristic, for example, defects or errors.

**SpeQ** – added 10/25/2006

SpeQ is a small, extensive mathematics program with a simple, intuitive interface. All calculations are entered in a sheet. In there you can freely add, edit and execute all calculations. You can define variables and functions, and plot graphs of your functions. You can save your calculations for later re-use.

**Eval** – added 4/21/2006

Eval is a programmable calculator that uses unary, binary, relational and logic operators, standard functions (abs, acos, asin, atan, cos, log, ln, int, sin, sqrt, tan), and plots graphs of any user-defined functions.

**Sicyon** – added 4/20/2006

Sicyon is an all-in-one calculation tool for physicists, engineers and chemists; students, professors and researchers – everybody using physical or chemical formulas and tables of constants. It is easy-to-use and has everything you need to calculate or analyze expressions or program functions.

**Dicom** – added 4/12/2006

Dicom is a computing utility that allows instant computation and s the first ever computing tool that deals with dimensions of physical quantities in mathematical expression. Dicom’s calculator like look and feel and user friendly interface makes it very easy to use. Dicom is not just an ordinary calculator, however. It can deal with 650 units of 90 physical quantities in 10 dimensions and even allow users to define more quantities and units. But the beauty of Dicom is it’s ability to evaluate dimensional expressions.

**Calc98** – added 4/6/2006

Calc98 is a free calculator for engineering, scientific and financial tasks. Calc98 has functions for statistics, use of different number bases (binary, octal, hexadecimal and base-n), metric units conversions and physical properties and constants. Calc98 has financial functions including investment, loan and mortgage calculator. It also computes time functions and has a stopwatch feature. (requires registration, but free)

**SkinCalc** – added 12/30/2005

SkinCalc is a free skinnable calculator with more than 100 different skins available for download. SkinCalc can completely replace the Windows system calculator operating in Standard mode, with the addition of certain advanced features not available in the system calculator. The following functions are available in the default configuration (as in the “SkinCalc” and “SkinCalc Pro” skins): Plus, Minus, Multiply, Divide, Decimal, Change Sign, Equals, Percent, Square (by pressing “Multiply Equals”), Square Root (”Divide Equals”), Memory Clear/Recall/Set/Add, Clear, Clear All ( “Clear Clear”), Backspace and drop-down menu with list of units. This configuration was designed to offer at least the full functionality of the Windows system calculator (Standard Mode).

**Excalibur** – added 12/28/2005

Excalibur for Windows 32-bit version is a freeware full featured RPN-only calculator. Excalibur features powerful RPN entry and over 300 functions (scientific, business, conversion, computer science, physics, complex numbers, geometry, vectors, etc), full 4 or 8-level stack, international support for different comma and decimal point formats, and programmable, macros, registers, custom button banks, etc.

**Super Calculator** – added 11/30/2005

Super calculator is much better than normal calculator you used before, because calculations are text editable, you can input and modify calculations easily, and can be saved as files and reused later.
