Visual HTML Builder – added 08/22/2003

Visual HTML Builder is a browser based website builder that uses a step-by-step approach to create a basic web page. It comes with tools designed to generate most common HTML for you, requiring some user input. Visual HTML Builder supports CSS and offers some advanced HTML option like frames, forms, tables and more. Due to the browser based nature, the program is very limited in functionality and user- friendlyness and should probably not be considered as a main HTML editing solution, however it provides the advantage of being accessible from a network without requiring a software install on the local machine.

Schtml Editor is a browser-based, but yet powerful HTML editor written entirely in JavaScript and DHTML. While it can serve as a good replacement for NotePad, it also offers many powerful features for Web page authors and programmers. Some of them are: syntax highlighting for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It uses your default internet browser for previewing webpages. Other features include HTML toolbar and draggable panels, powerful search, form control, special characters, color palette, MIME type panel and more. Excellent little editor than can outperform many other, larger ones!
